Privacy notice

Last updated 2 November 2026. This notice explains how Muggle Chi handles the details you send through the contact form on this website, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

What we collect

Your name, work email, organisation, role and the message you write. We do not ask for health information, and we ask you not to include any patient or health details.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry or demo request. We do not sell your details, use them for advertising or add you to a mailing list.

How it is handled

Your message is delivered to our team inbox by a form delivery service. That service and our email provider may process the data outside Saudi Arabia, only to deliver and store the message.

How long we keep it

We delete enquiry details once the conversation is finished, and at the latest 12 months after your last message, unless you become a partner or customer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing mugglechioffice@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days.
